ANDROID UNITS WARRANTY:
All Android Head units come with 1 year manufacture limited warranty. Warranty will be void if the unit is to be rooted or modified in anyway. Cax Audio is not responsible for any applications/apps that do not come originally with the unit that may cause any sort of damage to the unit. Any firmware updates or software/hardware/firmware modifications or tampering with the screws on the unit or that hold the unit together will void the warranty of the unit, unless directed and provided by Cax Audio directly.
APPLE CARPLAY OPERATING REQUIREMENTS & LIMITATIONS:
Apple CarPlay requires a compatible iPhone with an active cellular connection and data plan. Your carrier’s rate plans will apply.
Changes in operating systems, hardware, software, and other technology integral to providing Apple CarPlay functionality, as well as new or revised governmental regulations, may result in a decrease or cessation of Apple CarPlay functionality and services. Cax Audio cannot and does not provide any warranty or guarantee of future Apple CarPlay performance or functionality.
It is possible to use 3rd party apps if they are compatible with Apple CarPlay. Refer to the Apple homepage for information on compatible apps.
Warranty & technical support is not transferable, only applicable to the original purchaser. Original warranty for head units, navigation screens, headrest screens , interfaces videos and Dash cams, Head Lights, TPMS is 1 year manufacture warranty from the date of purchase except Qualcomm 662 which comes with . “Backup cameras” have only 30 days warranty from the date of purchase. To return a unit for warranty work, “Client” has to cover the shipping cost to our repair center and we will cover the shipping cost back to “Client”.
CUSTOMS TAX AND FEES:
For India – Includes all customs duty charges.
For International Shipments other than India - The price on our website does not include customs tax and duties and any other government fees uncured as a result of the purchase. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not purchase to avoid problems. The custom duties and taxes are charged by your government/customs.
